Cancellation

Out of courtesy for your stylist, We kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice for any cancellations/reschedules. If more than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service; Same day or last minute cancellations & no shows, will be responsible for 100% of the service price. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for you.

Children 12+ Please

We love you and your minis. However, with the salon space and busy staff, having children under the age of 12 poses unforeseen challenges. Unfortunately we cannot assure their safety in the salon— we have hot tools, chemical products, and sharp objects. We kindly ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to accompany you during your services. Client's who bring children to their appointment will be asked to reschedule and a late cancel fee will apply.

Returns/ Refunds

We do not grant any returns or refunds on the cost of hair for extension services.

Deposits in most cases are non refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please send your request to the stylist who completed the work. Every stylist is independent and reserves the right to their own refund policies.

Products - we accept an exchange within 30 days of purchase for a product of equal value. No returns on boutique items.
